i never left uswest even when d2r came out no need to fix something that is not broken.
people all want patches patches patches and upgrades and DLC its a different generation of players now. d4 is for people who want an easy game with powerful characters ie brainless. in d2 you dont get powerful characters without understanding the system of how the game works and how to exploit it and different classes and its weaknesses.
d2 is no different then go or mahjong or chess - timeless
d2 had minor upgrades from its versions and in some areas changed game play completely (tokens, higher hr drop rate, fixed notable exploits like dropping players, silent exit, duping, tppk, hybrid method, character corruption, ith/imports items patched) ect that made the game what it is.
d2 very much changed the mindset of players to understand how computers work, go download a compiler + ide and write code, automate everything, look find exploit everything. d2 was never about co-op play or legit play its about hacks and getting an edge on players how ever possible and fine tuning your skills so you dont rely on mods but they give you added capabilities while pking everyone.
if you want clean play lol this is the wrong game for you.
