About to head to the pacific coast in a little over a day. I've got all the supplies needed to cook em.
Oyster shucking knives
Strainer
Pan
Pot
Electric hot plate
Scissors
Just curious if anyone has cooked any themselves before and if you did a fry just in oil, if you breaded them, which seasonings/toppings I.E. salt/pepper/lemon etc.
I'm fairly nervous trying to cook them for the first time but I do have to catch them first hehe.
Just looking for some tips and tricks. I might not see in a random youtube video.
I know to open the zipper, cut off the siphon tip, remove the guts, seperate the digger etc but that's about it.
Any insight would be greatly appreciated
