Is it better for merc than 15ias 40ed, even if my merc don't reach attack speed breaking point?

I will use a faith Diamond bow 15 aura 345ed on my PvM Bowa, and put a windforce on my merc.

So i wonder if my merc really need this 15ias 40ed add or 20% DS is better.

Personally I would use wf and merc use faith. I would put amn in wf, damage from merc is negotiable. I also use diamond bow faith but with act 2 might merc with ber'd reapers and gface for boss killing.

But i still wonder about Lo in WF on a merc , does DS works or it's useless ?
I just want to make a fun char and get a A1 merc with the most max damage possible, and that 20% DS looks awesome.
