its fire dmg focused build, you are not doin much phys dmg.
so u need fire sunder
and u need flickering flame to counter -fire res from the sunder
you need also ravenfrost ring or other source of cannot be frozen.

I can't have those on Legacy.

Can not be frozen from Raven, I decided to go for +1 Skill from Soj and massive mana, since I'm distance warrior hard to make me frozen.

Well. Usually theese are made with dream helmet, with maxed light mastery as well. I think the light dmg is part of the explotion.

I might give it a go, with some twists:
- Enigma + eth Sands in lieu of Coh + CK (would improve survability, mobility, mf) ?
- ES Cta staff in lieu of Memory ? not sure whats brings best hp numbers

I think the dream helmet + maxed light mastery addition suggested by gel would be for a pure-light dmg oriented version of the buidl? cuz I don't see how a hybrid version would be viable skill-wise
perhaps the light dmg version (still using Demon Machine) is stronger overall?

e/ yeah a Cham somewhere or Raven for cbf might be needed?
