It's kind of sad though because the reasons are getting more petty.

I've had a beef start off with people solely cuz I didn't notice I was pushed back row a few times when I was tanking. (Was a new dad watching my kids)
But there's no excuse!
Or lack of clicks or whatever.

Heaven forbid a bad egg truly does come along and is in that same person's guild! Everyone in that guild apparently gets the stamp of bias

It def is toxic.
