AMD has freesync and NVidia GeForce has GSync, what does the arc do regarding refresh rate synchronization?

What is the monitor you’re running?

aesthetically almost complete rgb pcie 8pin and cpu 8 pin x 2 motherboard 24 pin extensions to top it off.
next major upgrade will be power supply xpg 1000 watt, i9 13900kf, msi rtx 4090.
