This computer would be used for programs like solidworks/CAD

Right now im looking at the HP 290 G4 Microtower Desktop Computer, Intel i7-10700 Upto 4.8 GHz, 64GB RAM 2TB NVMe SSD, DVD-RW, HDMI, VGA, AC Wi-Fi, Bluetooth – Windows 11 Pro on amazon..I dont have the cash upfront. But would consider getting an amazon credit card. Dont have the biggest budget. I seem to be cursed when it come to buying shitty,slow computers. Also looking at the Dell xps but it had 3.9 stars and dont want to buy a bunch of extras just to use the thing.
