How has off-weapon ias affected the druid?

Are 2 os knives still bis now that higher frames are obtainable on other bases? If not, whats the new "fanged knife"? Whats the most ideal 1h and 2h base now?

Is a 5 fury viso helm still better than metamorphosis?

Has it made 2h fury better? And how is werebear?

Has it improved the viability of fury in pvp at all? If not in solo, is it viable in group pvp?

Thats SO disappointing.

Well, fury is very good.
Rabies had some issues, but think its fixed.

I dont know all when it comes to melee vs melee

Best 1h is still grief but botd, oath, EDC, death zerker are all good options that can crush. My fury Druid uses oath zerker axe personally.

Best 2h is Eth reapers Toll, followed up by Eth tomb reaver, 2h botd or death CS

All IAS on any gear now applies to fury attack speed, biggest buff for melee druids in general

Metamorphosis is BIS now, but Jalals with Cham is a good choice as well.

Pvp, fury Druid is definitely bottom tier class and probably doesn’t stand a chance vs anything else other than other melee builds

He’s asking about gm melee guys. Grief isn’t allowed and those other options are for pvm.

You can easy calc it.
Use warrens ias calc.
Then just calc the dmg per hit.

Then u can add the ar differences, and u can simulate an enemy in excel and use the hit chance and block formula to see which gives u best real dps.

Fanged knife was good due to the 0,75str+0,75dex damage bonuses. But that was due to pb beeing one of the few viable choices in d2lod. But now u can reach better attack speed with harder hitting wepons. So i would guess Any rare cruel ba or rare fool's ba would be best for gm melee now.

Werebear is uninterruptable now and is very good.
