Agility (Any rooftop course with MoG picked up. I DO NOT know Hallowed Sepulcher) - 90 gp/xp
Mining (I enjoy Gem Rock Mining but I don't use tick manipulation. I DO NOT know how to do sandstone tick manipulation!) ~ 65 gp/xp (depends on method)
Prayer - 25 gp/xp; 4k per bone for PoH method****
Tithe Farming (I run the 5 row method) - 1.5M per full run (36 points)***
Fishing ~ 30 gp/xp or 250k per Tempoross** permit
Woodcutting ~ 45 gp/xp (add 5 gp/xp if you want the logs banked)
Fletching ~ 50 gp/xp
Thieving - Blackjacking 80 gp/xp, Ardy Knights 50 gp/xp
Smithing (I do enjoy the Giant's Foundry* Minigame but costs more) ~ 35-85 gp/xp
Firemaking - Wintertodt** 350k per crate; PM for other methods
Cooking ~ 50-75 gp/xp
Nightmare Zone Combat Training OR Sandcrabs - 25-40 gp/xp (gear and stat dependent)
Crafting ~ 50 gp/xp
Herblore ~ 50 gp/xp
Hunter ~ 50-60 gp/xp (depends on level and method)
Slayer - (task, gear, and stat dependent) ranges from 50 -120 gp/xp
Construction – 100 gp/xp
Runecraft (Bloods & Zeah Altar preferred; Can do GotR but rates depend on gear) ~ 65-85 gp/xp
MM2 tunnels - 2.5M per 1k bursts/chins
IF a skill requires bank access, I ask that you ONLY leave what is needed on the account and transfer the rest to a holding account, or trust me! I will screen shot the entire bank upon first login of the job and at the end of the job for accountability.
Please, DO NOT change passwords or attempt to login while the job is under way!
Payment is preferred in OSRS GP!
If paying in FG, I exchange at a 1:44 ratio
I use the 2/3 rule for trades. I am ok with being paid in increments, until job completion (every so many levels/xp being paid out). If it makes you more comfortable, we can always use a mediator for higher paying jobs!
I will work on most jobs from 9AM - 2/3PM EST M-F. I have kiddos I take care of after school, family first.

*Giant's Foundry rates depend upon materials used. Ice gloves and smithing/graceful outfit are required. I suggest a combo of Steel/Mithril or Rune/Adamant bars to maximize points and XP

****I do hire insured runners for PoH method and run approx 750k-1M xp/hr with dragon bones and up to 2M xp/hr with superiors. Prior bone runner myself before here
