is beast that much better than a hustle Iron golem? why is faith not in consideration here?
im running hoto/humon right now with hustle golem. is it worth the ber?

Hustle has too low of a Fanta aura vs beast. Iron golems also die periodically.

A2 Merc with might is a must have for summoner. Beats out a1 faith merc regardless of which weapon you slap on him.

I always like insight iron golem. Beast axe on nec. Reapers A2 Might Merc. But I haven’t built a summoner since d2r, so what do I know.

MAkes sense to me. forget u lose might with Faith

i always use :

a2 merc with might aura and pride wep.
selfwield beast
summon iron golem on insight

if d2r

thorns aura is the new meta
and fire golem

For me,

Insight iron golem
Infy merc with might
Beast in hand of necro

Reapers are useless as you use amplify damage all the time, also infy much better choice as conv -- def for the skeletons and also -fire res for CE.

I find that ubers are the only case that absolutely requires beast

I use hoto for general use, 125 fcr is a must, which can be difficult to obtain if using maxblock head instead of spirit shield
