People that only do svs usually recommend vita, but es is better. I have had huge success vs fire sorcs with es as well.
However it kinda depends on rules, my sorcs was always 95 es with precast.
Its gonna be costly to be very good. But blizz sorc can always get some cheap kills due to enemy lacking stack.

The build below is not with blaze frw in mind. Ideally one could use 3cold/3blizz/3cm/x blaze/mana/2 soc facets.

So i helped you out.
First post will be dedicated to sorc's, but not light sorc as im never used that^^ If i ever built one it would be a self wielding infi sorc with nova or smt.
Blizz sorc:105fcr, 86fhr is the way to go.
I suggest ES none block. Since FHR is bugged theese becomes even stronger now.
Important aspect of blizz sorc:
- Damaga and pierce of cold res. Pierce of cold res is more important that "visual" high damage.
- High mana
- Frw and cnbf
- Breakpoints (86fhr and 105fhr)
- Since this is a 95% es precast sorc, resists is not very important....
The ammu gives 23str. If ur nerd enough to level to 99 this means strenght are covered for our build as long as you have perf torch, annie and 9 str from somewhere else.
So the worst that can happen with lesser items on lvl 99 is that u need to stat those strenght... No big issue....
So dont worry if ur stats/items/lvl are lower etc... It does not mean much.... This is a very close to perfect setup build and everything above 4k mana is usable.
The reason for cham rune and high frw is to counter two of the 2 nemesis of the blizz sorc. Fire sorc and ele druid.
Druid has hurricane who freeze, and fire sorc usually run chilling armor for freeze. So we need that cham. Run/Walk style is very effective vs those.
Run walk is very effective vs assa, nec, hammer, tele smiter etc as well.

Here is the simplest and easiest anti psn setup, 150 plr and high 241 psn res, hell reduce with -100:Death + Sands

Strings (DR% and mdr which is strong on es sork)

Stats speaks for itself:
75% es (if u bother precast u get: 6 more from es memory, 3 more from helm, 1 more from ammu, 1 more from secondary soj, 2 more from 3es ormus = 88%. I did not even bother making it xD)
20 base tk
U can also go all in and precast enchant: 5 more Chant/fire mastery orb, 9 more via skillers, 3 more via helm(and 2 facets), 1 more via ammu, 3 more via 3ench ormus and 20% FEUER, 1 more magefist, 1 more secondary soj. = 25 more skills to fire mastery and enchant and 30% fire increase on top.

1,3k life
good resists
Oki now dmg profiles(no chest precast).
Venom/Psn dagger psn damage: 945-1163 over 3,6 seconds(remember the -100 plr in hell)
Light damage: 115-66600
Fire damage: 2045-2416
Cold dmg: 1-6
physical dmg: 64-479
Sums up at: 3170 - 70739 damage!
Attacks per second: 9pfa aka 2,77 attacks pr second.
Thunder storm: 2548-3190
Holy shock aura:
6-3368 at long range
12-6736 at close range
and ofc 2 ticks of this pr time.
Lr cast from knife:
-43 enemy res.
Ofc u can choose or find sword with same stats but zeal charges.
Attack raing base: 75+1630+1733+120 = 3558
Bonuses:
Enchant: 299%
Psn dagger: 110%
Zeal: 40%
Full ar on psn dagger: 18110
Zeal attackspeed and ar:
3,28 attacks per second.
Full ar on zeal: 15619
If u cant afford diadem on sorc's, then just use this:
3cold/20fcr/2facet diadem for cold sorc
Shako for fire sorc, or 2sorc or 3fire/20/2 for fire sorc...
If cant afford ammu:
Blizz: 3cold/10fcr clean
Fire sorc: 2/10 clean/or lower adds...
You will need to stat str to cover the miss.
