PC was mostly done, but just finished upgrading the PSU for overkill and for the shift technology for improved cable management and airflow.
Build is as follows. Picture is outdated, too lazy to take a new picture. Picture shows old motherboard and old PSU & cables.
Why DDR4? DDR5 is not currently worth it IMO. After researching the very minor FPS boost compared to DDR4, I voted to wait.
Asus TUF RTX 4090
i9-13900k
Samsung 980 Pro 2TB SSD
WD 500GB SSD auxiliary drive
MSI Z790 Tomahawk DDR4 WiFi Motherboard (Not pictured - added 5/1/23)
1200W Corsair PSU
Cappelix H115i 280 mm Corsair AIO
7 Corsair RGB 120 mm case fans
32 GB Corsair Vengeance DDR4 3600 mhz ram
Case: Corsair Airflow 5000D
Keyboard: Corsair K70 RGB MK.2
Mouse: Corsair Sabre Pro Champion Series
Headset: Corsair HS80 RGB
Dual monitor setup:
Main monitor: 27" Samsung G7 Odyssey 4K 144hz HDR400
Second monitor: 27" LG Ultragear 1440p 144hz HDR
Average FPS on 4K ultra graphics COD: Modern Warfare II is ~275
Average FPS on 4K ultra graphics D2R is ~350
Temps under load - CPU 55C, GPU 50C. Credit to the airflow case, allows me to keep this beast of a CPU ice cold with a relatively small AIO
