Hello, I hope to be able to help you. I believe that currently the best option we have is Scion, Trickster (TriggerBot) is also excellent, but your initial investment for something good will be around 100 divines.
This is, of course, my opinion. Below, I have organized 3 PoB links for you, from the starter budget to the 52%CDR where the build starts to scale very well.
I'm new here on the forum, but I hope to have helped you in some way!
Note: I believe that a good budget to start the build would be according to the first PoB below, around 16-20 divines, the more the better.
