My suggestion is to allow kick onto the streaming section of the website like youtube and twitch. They offer way more to streamers and some of the major players will be switching in the next year if it stays around.
They are fairly new and there is a gambling section, but it could easily be made known no matter what platform you stream on you must maintain JSp standards to link Your stream.
Thoughts?

I like to personally limit anything that allows kids to gamble and i assume the roobet kind of sites will be allowed to rage rampant on there so my vote is no

Twitch allows gambling I've discovered after digging deeper.. They allow any gambling sites that are registered in the US.
So in this sense, it's pretty much the same.

Incorrect.

You can literally go to twitch right now and type slots and see the exact same channels streaming on both platforms the same games.
The thing that is illegal on twitch is streaming websites that are not US based, and that link to gambling. (10k people viewing slots right now, and 3k viewing online poker on twitch)

Since both let u stream gambling i think the logical thing here would be to warn/ban anyone on jsp who streams that sort of content, no matter the platform.

Well they cracked down on gambling hard because for a few years people were using illegal sites and then posting codes in their chats. Now that's not allowed and you can only watch US registered sites, and absolutely cannot advertise at all because people were scamming using cyrpto and gambling.
I think people here are confused because both allow it, kick is just a little looser for now.

I think to solve this just ban those on jsp no matter the platform.
