Nah the account is property of the owner and this would be illegal, it's fine... like people who lost their crypto codes and lost all... we lost those items and it is what it is

Nope... they paid for the items, they found the items etc during their time playing the game on their time. If they have moved on after 10 years (being inactive), you may assume they are Dead or just quit completely... however, NONE OF US are aware that they are INACTIVE, we are talking about LS and their items ... and yes, we have a way to find out when they were last active on D2JSP by their username we remember... HOWEVER, they may have changed their username and have been active... HOWEVER, WE LS players may NOT know this, but Paul maybe aware.

We can surmise this n that, but only Paul and his team can check on this... also... IF they are (like Buf or Sharpdeath [usernames] that have actually died) dead, then their Username and items should be deleted from D2JSP completely... their items should NEVER be auctioned off.

THAT is my personal opinion, as for my gear, I may have my daughter ensure that my guild gets my gear and NOT traded off, and she can delete all other items and my characters.
