So what would be the point of +1000prof or +10% if mq reduces it all to zero. Then you would have to redo the system that potions last until the end of the season. But that, in my opinion, would spoil the game too much.

the effect of potions is reset when Mq is executed. The principle would remain unchanged

i think the idea is ok but if you want to boost your dmg you can just use a glyph. new players will not invest in potion
I really see no advantage in this

The problem with potions is its droprate.

This idea will only nerf potions even more, since wanted stat outcome will be even more rare. Sorry but you got a no here.

or the non-permanence of them. If they lasted a full season it would be the "proper" drop rate

I would class this as a consumable and I hate consumable items. The idea is for it to last until character is MQ'd, rolled or a reset happens. As people stated previously, the drop rate needs to be increased A LOT, like 50% more often, dang, maybe even 100% more often compared to now.

If you think about it, the drop rate of a potion currently is what? 0.00001% out of 1000, even a 100% increase to the drop rate would be useless. So, finding the potions you want to add to the drop of potions would just make it 100% worse, if not more.

Null vote. Idea has a little merit, but the potion drop rate is pathetic and wouldn't make any difference if the potion(s) were added.

EDIT: the only ones that profit from this would be death farmers.
