Find a brand that doesn’t taste like ass. No clue which one is good in the US.
Don’t forget to pick up some creatine while you are shopping as well. Powdered is fine, dry scooping 5g a day is enough.
Do you have a good brand of whey isolate that you use or could recommend?

you mentioned fiber: add steel cut oats and/or fruits (spinach or kale actually tastes great, too) or whatever else to your smoothie. Makes a nice satisfying meal esp with a scoop of whey.
