I see everyone just mentioning realm where the dclone is about to walk.
But no one mentions the IP. IP does not matter any more?

No, in D2R dclone spawns in the entire realm that has sojs sold. Asia, EU, or Americas. Thankfully they got rid of the IP bs.

Thanks. It was really time to remove this dumb IP mechanic.
I must be very unlucky here in EU since I never have seen him
