Is it possible to hit a trap door on the very first room you enter when you go into a catacomb?

I’ve had times where I’ve ran around a catacomb and suddenly get dropped by a trapdoor and immediately get dropped by another trap door…..but personally never seen it happen when I’m in town and enter a catacomb for the first time.

Any thoughts on this?

I've never seen it happen in all my years. I've fell first step, but never immediately spawned into a trap

This HAS happened to me. And no, you don’t get the map.

It's never happened to me either, and I have had that second case happen to me too... so... some sparing evidence for it not being possible but not really enough to be convincing yet
