I'm currently at lvl 95, and character power is basicly the same since lvl 60 when i crafted double t5 items with random stats like res/hp. thanks to forging potential i can't even add any new piece without swapping half of my gear. there are 7 resists so capping those without resist swap option is painful but let's talk about minmaxing
my bis idols can roll 35-95 and 28-76 on 2 stats. so far i had 2 of those, both with trash roll
high legendary potential uniques droprate is a joke. after 500 echos i found 0 targetable common uniques with >1 potential and 3 random crappy uniques with 2 potential. good luck farming 3-4 potential uniques for your build.

Also by 500 echos I had found dozens of 2LP and a single 3LP. If you're having trouble finding specific items, prioritize idol nodes in monoliths and farm an idol drop rate blessing..
The drop rates really aren't that bad in this game unless you're chasing like a 3LP Omni.
