Hey, first time poster in this forum, but i thought i'd try my luck.

I'm looking to upgrade the front doors peakers in my Audi A1 8X 2011. (3 door)
Apparently it's the most hidden thing on the internet to find the actual size of these speakers, and i would really like to not split the door apart to measure them.

Not looking for anything crazy, just a $150-$200 speaker upgrade, but my question is mostly will it fit, and is it plug&play if i just buy a set of 2x Pioneer speakers for example?

I'm a total noob at replacing this, and it'll probably take me 5 hours to do, but i'm determined!

Any help is appreciated regarding the speaker size. Only thing i could find is this picture:

Check if part # 8X4035411 is what you need, I believe it is.

Audi come with bose speakers stock so replacing them with pioneer would be a terrible idea

They do not. It's an extra yes. But if you don't buy the Sport model A1, it's not stock BOSE. Only Sport and S1 has that as stock. Mine is just a regular Ambition model
