Hardcore Summoner Warlock question: HP vs Hybrid Block

Trying to decide if adding Dex for Stormshield block is worth it.

Current setup:

* HOTO
* Stormshield (currently debating socket: Shael vs other)
* BerBer Crown of Ages
* Enigma
* Mara's
* Magefist
* TGods
* Horizon's Legacy boots
* Renewed Bone Break
* 8x Demon skill GCs with HP

Stats:

* 64% Physical Damage Received Reduced
* Max res (85 Lightning)
* 58 FHR breakpoint
* 75 FCR breakpoint
* Demon Blood Oath damage transfer

* CTA + Consume Demon buff

Option 1: Full Vitality

* Around 4.4k HP self buffed
* Around 20% chance to block

Option 2: Hybrid Dex

* Around 40% chance to block
* Lose roughly 800 HP (down to ~3.6k HP)

Not considering max block since it seems too expensive on Warlock.

Question:
For HC survivability, especially dirty TPs, dolls, fanatic packs, or PvP situations, would you rather have:

A) 4.4k HP + 20% block

or

3.6k HP + 40% block + Stormshield?

Curious what other HC Warlocks think.

You know that damred capped at 50% right?

Stacked dr% over 50 is good vs amp and decrepify

For extra extra safety lol.. but yea a little overkill

3.6k hp is plenty, i'd go with maxblock
