I just watched the trailer you shared. The new Supergirl may turn out to be an escape from the usual. But... Here is the but... But, the fact that they used the dog as a way to get her out and about is a terrible trope. With so many writers, where is their imagination? Maybe, they used an LLM to write the screenplay. Sigh.
