hey im just curious how much value a cold sunder with -res would be vs a +%dmg and how much value - res has in general on cold immunes who are sundered
i know its 1/5th effectiveness, but im unsure if its just 1% dps increase per -5 res or if its more impactful

i've already got -185 from cold mastery, and -15 from facets

mainly farming 96tz's and not sure what would provide better dps increase, i mainly 1 hit all non cold immunes, cold immunes take a couple hits but dont take too long to kill

I thought only cold mastery has 1/5 effectiveness from sunders

and cold facets with -5 have no penalty

i dont know the answer sadly, hope to find out though
