Is upgraded ethereal ribcracker worth using (mostly focused on pvm)?
Or is it worthless due to speed?

yes it is worth using and was always worth using in d2lod for pvm.
grief is worth using as well though.

i use an eth upped one in pvm, i find it to be fast enough and damaging enough

i like to use it with dracs

its not much slower than a tomb reaver imo

Not so slow, eth upg ribby is fine weapon for pvm fury druid, zod it.
