Not sure if it's a bug or working as intented but...

I've used Kullean tuning prisms and attempted to get a decent results on my amulet. However, i keep getting lower rolls even lower than the displayed range.

I.e : "Crowd controlling an enemy grants 0 resolve."
Range should be 2 to 3.

Is that normal? The amulet is a Hemat Stone 900ip fully masterworked.

It's a known bug, amulets are rolling below the usual range (I think it's multiplying it by 0.5 instead of 1.5 or smth lmao).

They're fixing it in the next patch that should be out on monday or tuesday

My experience with transfig is only without any tunning, just raw risk and going for high reward RNG. Mythics and Uniques seem to come out with positive upgrades consistently, but the legendaries had their affixes swapped (usually positive)

rolling a 2-3 GA mythic with transfig will make you sweat, but really gratifying to get good addons. YMMV
