the cheapest inventory you can get is probably max/ar/life grand charms, I only use sc:s like 3/15/20 since I gradually upgraded my gm-melee-paladin and have lots of spares. got some large charms like 6/48/33 too.
Hard points at level 93:
197 base dex
61 base str
292 base vita
It's never even close to dying in trav and can handle tier 5 heralds. If I level it up more I will put more dex.

You won´t need 7p battle orders really, could do one point and get higher find item. Iam at 72% on swap with dual hoto, could go for 75%. I haven´t fully optimized this for trav but if I did it would be 1p battle orders and probably even more dex.
