The new physical jewel gives %ed as well as min-max damage - does it have ED bug if socketed on off weapon items, specifically for smiters?

Yes. Still bugged. So stupid

It's funny how a simple bug like that is allowed to exist, meanwhile all form of fun pvp function such as desync and strenghtbug, wsm bug, manual far cast and manual skillbugging was removed.

I mean, they totally rewrote the entire next delay system just to introduce Mosaic sin.
They changed the best gaming stun system ever existing just to please new players on their day 1 to 10 expirience.

But this annoying little simple offhand ED + MIn/Max bug is allowed to live on.
