Why?
Because I tried using the skill before lvl 30 but the game wouldn't allow me to put points in it
What for?
It gives you massive buffs, aura, curse, and a big bad guy that can tank indefinitely, removing aggro from you, while also dealing a good amount of dmg

With lvl 1-9 demonic mastery, no... only bind demon (doesn't need to be heph)
With lvl 10-19 demonic mastery, another demon
With lvl 20+ demonic mastery, 2 other demons
Prior to having enigma, consume is great cuz it also gives mobility. This means having 1 less demon and requires having at least lvl 10 demonic mastery.
Consume based on your main dmg:
goatman = phys
tainted = fire
defiler = magic
After obtaining enigma, almost all builds will prefer to stop using consume and use bind demon + 2 defilers instead.
