In the Western world, most countries simply do not build enough houses. Canada is the best example of this, but you could name virtually any European country and the same would apply. With prices going up, the cost of living goes up. people have less money to spend on themselves, jobs related to entertainment and services get hit, resulting in people not being able to afford their mortgages.

its not that house prices are increasing (and they are) its that there is less money to go around. in my opinion.

2013 - crash low
2026 - new all time high

If the cost of living continues (as it is expected to) then outward migration will continue, as well as defaulting on loans. a global event would be required for a new crash to occur (the current Iran conflict is not big enough to do that on its own).

I realize none of us are perfect ..including myself.. So I am open minded and know that i can always do better ... So first i ask why do I think this way or that..It took me 50+years to get where i am now.. 30 years ago my opinions would not of been same. You cannot describe Israel in any other way besides calling it a apartheid I now understand this..Lots of Jewish people also better themselves over years and agree with me...

So this is why i can forgive people in the hopes 1 day they will also try to better themselves rather then just think they are already perfect.. I think I would like you in all other ways besides your political views ..those are easily forgiven because we all humans are programed to think the way we do.. it is hard to change ourselves ..

But he is wrong.

1. I thought the Iran nuke program was "obliterated" in JUNE, per trump? Did he lie?
2. Intelligence even said no threat from Iran, that is why that one dude resigned.
3. Trump started the war and is now bitching because no one will jump in and back him up. What happened to the board of peace he pocketed $10 billion in taxpayer money for?
4. The literal reason the Strait is such a cluster fuck is because Trump was too stupid to take it into account. If we didn't rely on any of it, why is gas double from a month ago?
5. Why is Pete Kegsbreath asking for $200B+ more if we have already won?

The U.S. is shit without NATO. NATO is shit without the U.S., sure, but we are not a stand alone power to control all. He can barely even handle Iran alone without bitching for help.
