Reed Sheppard looks like a bigger, stronger and more athletic Mark Price. Who was a very good 4x NBA all-star.
A lot to like about the Rockets young talent. Sengun, Amen Thompson, Reed Sheppard and also Jabari Smith Jr.

Always a chance Kevin Durant will dominate in the playoffs. If he does they'll compete against OKC or San Antonio in the 2nd round.
If the playoffs started today it would be the 3rd seed Rockets vs. the 6th seed Lakers. Probably the matchup that is best for Houston.

Not having Steven Adams (toughness + elite rebounding) and Fred VanVleet (leadership + ball handling) is a huge loss but we'll see.

There is some good news on the four-year, $53 million contract the Rockets gave Dorian Finney-Smith.
3rd and 4th year aren't guaranteed. Rockets can void that contract after the second year next season.
So it's not the worst contract I've seen. Perhaps they can even trade him this off-season. Very unlikely.
