There should be a list of banned accounts together with d2jsp acct which users can see and find the name.
The purpose is if they encounter a new account with banned btag/steam acct then it will be easy to pinpoint that he is scammer in the past using new d2jsp acct.
A rude or any sign of negative behaviour or making you to fast deal can be also be a hint that a user had history of scamming using banned d2jsp and using new d2jsp.
So if there is a masterlist which we can search those history of banned scammer with their game acct (btag, steam, etc) then admin can auto-banned those new d2jsp acct again.
Example is I was scammed by this https://forums.d2jsp.org/user.php?i=1023123 and his btag is darksoul#2798
A new player deal with new d2jsp acct with btag DarkSoul112 then he can report that this player is using new d2jsp with banned btag game acct in the past.
Then player DarkSoul112 will still not enjoy the benefits of using d2jsp site.

because you always confirm every trade via jsp pm and you can always use a mediator for every trade you do, for a safe trading around the forum

I would say no. In my opinion, if you can take the time to: Agree on a trade > Meet In-game > Check Bnet tag > Cross reference a master list of banned d2jsp users/in-game accounts

You can just request a mediator like suggested.

nobody would fail to imposers if they follow the forum rules, just confirm every trade via jsp

People who are banned can't access anything on the site, afaik. It also says banned in their group.

I was newbie and confident at first when I got my first hard earned 10k d4 seasonal trading. All were nice guy so I had a positive pov in d2jsp community but I was wrong when I went to trade bnet balance. I was not aware about using mediator when I sent it to him.

This is correct. Scammers largely are using unorthodox methods such as outside platforms to trick users outside of JSP into believing they’re someone on JSP. This is why it's important to always have a trade topic, post in that trade thread, and confirm all game details via PM. Constantly updating a new topic for scammers and accounts associated with them would not fix or help the situation or users on the site when all users already have access to safe trading practices and verification such as topics and PM’s/Mediator's. If you're ever unsure we suggest not to make the trade/verify via PM who you’re talking to in-game or otherwise is who they say they are on JSP, or use a mediator.
