Howdy
I've been trading on d2jsp for a while now, and I had an idea that I think could really help the community - especially newer traders.
The Problem:We've all seen it happen. Someone posts asking "what's a Ber worth right now?" or "what is this griffon worth atm?" People give different answers based on what they saw last week, and new traders sometimes get lowballed because they don't know current market prices.
The Suggestion:What if we had a simple price history graph for the most commonly traded items? Just a basic line chart showing the average FG price over the last 30, 60, or 90 days. Maybe even keep it 30 days simple.
Why this actually makes sense (in my head):
- All the data already exists in completed trades and mediations.
- Would take maybe 10-15 of the highest volume items (Ber,Jah, Soj, Griffon's, Shako, Anni, Toch, etc..)
- Helps prevent lowball scams and gives everyone a fair reference point.
- Filters for Ladder/Non-Ladder and SC/HC would be even more useful.
Example of What I'm Picturing:You click on "Ber Rune" and see a simple graph showing it was 2800fg two weeks ago, spiked to 3200fg last week, and is sitting at 2950fg today. Nothing fancy - just transparent data everyone can see.
Please don't mind the same FG value - this is only a mockup.

I know price checking is part of trading, but having a quick reference would save everyone time and make the marketplace more trustworthy. Plus, it could help people time their trades better if they're trying to buy/sell.
What do you guys think? Would this be useful or am I overthinking it?
