i also made a frost/Ice maiden ( even the fire variant... along with several hybrid versions of it...) ice maiden was best for elemental ( unless your chanted then fire is gfg )... but this strafe zon i built is best in class for PvM bowa zon

Why are you using Aldurs boots? Or am I mistaken.

War Travs give more damage (phys) etc.

EDIT: just from looking at your first image, you have like Nightwings helm, Aldurs boots, Razortail belt ... maybe Ice Matriachal Bow... not GMB. as for armor... hmm, it has cold damage, so guessing Duress, however I think I am wrong... as for rings & amulet.. can not tell.

You did not show what is on switch, nor your merc... as for your xbows, they are just normal.... don't think you can get an 08 WF on D2:R or Ladder LoD nowadays.

EDIT 2: Nvm... I think I worked it out... you sacrificed stat points for Aldurs Boots so you could wield WF or Burizza.... basically needed the Strength, so less dexterity, so, your ICE bow is for cold damage, less str req and more dex for damage.

Well something to that effect.

I reach 100 % pierce, 73 % CS, 24 arrows multi, 54 % dodge, 64 % avoid, 54 % evade chances. I know missing some resists, i need it from ring, still there is place to improve.

I've always preached that, strafe+100% pierce+ignore target's defense+atma's scarab, is the best combination for strafezon. Maybe even also in combination with frostmaiden. Because, 70-80% of the time, the monsters are bunched up, this makes the pieced arrows hit one or twice more, enhancing the chance to proc curse. When curse process, they just die, even with mediocre physical damage, you can still deal decent utility damage against cold immune.

Only negative is, you may find yourself do a little bit of herding, but that's not always a negative thing. It makes for safer gameplay, which is great for hardcore too.

Yes man. The strafe+frost-o is one of the greats. Always preferred that. Hard to get to build though. Specially on hardcore. Maybe i'll opt for it next ladder reset.
