As much as I never miss a chance to shit on Boomers, that sounds more like Gen-Xers who tell you all about how edgy they are even more than vegans tell you they're vegans. My Boomer parents were/are a lot more optimistic

back on topic, everyone has different answers and sources as to what the tariff rates actually are. But no one questions the aggregate trade imbalance indicating heavy skew toward Canada being far more dependent on the US than vice versa, so maybe that's why they feel entitled to special treatment.

Bingo. I think it's hilarious that the argument is "tariffs hurt the local consumer more" ... so you're telling me all these countries that have had unequal tariffs on the US, this whole time the reason is not because of money but because they hate their citizens?
