The main goal of Christianity is to keep people subservient and dumb.

Don't question.
Don't disobey.
Don't falter with your faith.
Trust me, bro. Or you'll burn in hell.

Teachers are quitting and persueing other career paths. Its one of the worst jobs on the planet right now. And it really shouldnt be that way. Teachers should be treated with more respect, and I dont mean by their students. You shouldnt be a teacher in the US and making 39k a year.

Instead of using these resources to give teachers what they need, why not remove all the requirements to become a teacher. That'll surely solve the problem. And then people in jersey will bitch and moan that someone will no skills and purple hair got to be a teacher somehow.

Median Salary for a K-12 teacher is $59,200/year. That is almost exactly the median wage for workers in the US. Why would teachers make more? Doesn't that violate your Marxist principles? Seems like equity to me.

If you want to get mad, get mad that schools exist for teachers and students. The instructor and the pupil. Yet Administrative staff median wage is 103,460 per year. Turns out, the teachers get paid less so that Administrators, you know, the people in charge of the money, can make more.

But let's be honest, $60,000 a year to do nothing but stand in front of a bunch of kids and talk? Any kid who talks back gets sent home? Failing to properly teach students (do your job) doesn't result in termination? Lifelong healthcare benefits and retirement benefits (fully vested) in 5-10 years? 3 months of the year + extended holiday "breaks" off work? Give me a break. Teachers don't need to make more. They need to start teaching practical skills. Life isn't sitting at a desk and listening to somebody talk while you pretend to take notes. The overwhelming majority of teachers consider themselves nothing more than professional babysitters, and the quality of their "teaching" justifies that view. Likewise, the majority of "teachers" do not specialize in the subject they teach. They teach out of a book, get their tests from a book, know the answers from a book, and are quite frankly less useful than just providing the students with the book and saying, "Have fun."

We could also go into the whole fact school staff, including your worshipped "teachers", are 8 times more likely, per capita, than Catholic Priests to sexually abuse children, and honestly, the so-called "education system" seems like a wonderful thing to use if you hate your child and want them to have an ignorant, unskilled, abused life. :)

Thought it was weird when people say teachers don’t make a lot tbh. Once you have yours classes and curriculum set up after 2-3 years its just repetitive coasting.

The entire NA teaching regime needs an entire reformation. Teachers are some of society's most important members. There is no incentive for an intelligent person who wishes to be a teacher to be a teacher because of the absolutely abysmal pay. The abysmal pay has led to teaching becoming pink-collar or sub-pink-collar work- the only people who will be a teacher now are deranged Munchausen-by-proxy hysterical women who are motivated not by pay or vocation, but by the ability to abuse & indoctrinate children that they never had.

teaches are some of societies most useless people. those who can do, those who can't teach.

If only you paid attention to your teacher, your sentences might make sense.

I paid no attention, and my sentences are fine.

I learned from books. The same books the teachers teach out of. Whether K-12 or college, nine out of ten "teachers" didn't know the material any better than I did. They taught out of a book. They could recite every word of the book by rote, but they could not apply it to anything day to day. They could not apply it to your desired profession. It was just words. That's all 90% of teachers are.

At least in college, you can find the teachers who are good with a subject, and schedule blocks with them, as high as they're qualified to teach. The problem these days is that there are so many wasted credits in a degree for "required" critical theory courses that serve no purpose. And every class is a fucking month's pay.
