I find it interesting on how you think people are really thsi simple. The simple christiasn are always paralleled by the simple atheist.

People are complex beings, and can understand on how they and other people had hands in creating change, or how change came about. There is nothing wrong with thinking that there is something underlying to that. I personally think free-will makes a lot of human choice be rid of God's influence unless the individual asks for it, so there is that.

We are what we believe. If someone believes themselves to be nothing more than a clump of cells, they'll act like nothing more than a clump of cells: eating, shitting, masturbating, and sleeping. Whoa that describes reddit atheists to a T

A word is the strongest tool. One word can start chaos, i believe at this point in history, it could be the biggest chaos in history. Thats how prayers work. If there is life after life it surely should be spiritual. All prayers are spiritual, and for that matter, prayers have big power dont they!? I mean… those beyond can come to us in the most cruical moment of human history and keep it peacefull. I, for that matter think that the prayer is the only thing that keeps us in somewhat order. I believe in God yes, but for this topic it aint important, because if you dont believe, than prayers will always be a waste of time for you. But i will tell you, even if you dont believe, word of prayer go beyond and make action. A prayer is a word that takes action and has no bounderies of time or space. It can be revealed in the moment, in the future as a change of course or even in the past where someone lived and you saved his life for eternity. God bless anyways!

If God "has an ultimate plan", then praying is pointless, right? If praying changed anything at all, then God isn't almighty, and has no actual plan.
