can someone tell me which skills i should add for echoing strike warlock?

do i max levitation mastery??

which hex should i use?

how many pts into bind demon after the changes in new patch?

anything into chaos skills? (i assume not)
and i assume i should have 1 pt into everything in demon skill tree ?

20 purge
20 bane
20 mirrored
20 blast
1 in lethargy, rancor, death
1 in blade warp, levitation, cleave and ES.
5 in mastery
1 in all other demon skills
Consume 1 defiler, use hex purge

You can put points in whatever you want after. Echoing strike, Warp, levitation, demon skills..

You can go 3 defilers instead if you prefer but demon is better IMO.
