I know about the 10-30 dmg and %ed in the jewel makes it "bugged" so the %ed part only counts towards the 10-30 dmg,
but lets say there was a rare jewel which did;
+ 15 min dmg;
+ 45 max dmg;
-10 enemy dr;
that would be a bad ass jewel right? Not quite sure.

And in addition, are the new latent pvp charms used for classes like bvc?
For example, a GC with;
-10 enemy dr;
+8 stats;
BUT you also take 10% more physical dmg ( which doesnt really matter as bvc vs casters/necro etc.);
would be better I assume than a 10/70/40 gc or something.

If anyone could help me with these "questions" related to uber jewel/renewed bone break for bvc, that would be awesome.
