Its my First time to Build a pvp Nova sorceress. Anyone can help me ?

Mana Boots/eth treks? Whats better

How much fhr is possible and enough to have ?

Dont really need fhr in d2r unless they changed that recently, some 50+ mana 10% max mana boots if ur es

Sorcs generally use 60 FHR in PvP. Sometimes 86, like vs 200 FCR FB. Without Spirit you will struggle to reach breakpoints.

Lightning and Nova sorcs are bad in SvA. ES FB and Vita Blizz are good.

The build you listed is a PvM build. In PvP you can simply stack v -res.
