hello, im not sure is it popular bug or i meet this first time

My teleport icon change for 30sec-2 mins to default attack, but using this still makes me tele (using mana). Each time tele, my char shoting bow. teleport speed became based on ias, no fcr. if ias is fast enough, during one shot (tele) char makes even 2 arrows self.

Any chance your skill swap is on mouse scroll wheel and the scroll wheel is a bit faulty?

Could be related to use of quick cast but doesn't sound like it.
