currently lv 96 or better to gamble those amulets at lv 94

There is no new affix unlocked above alvl 90

Clvl 93-99 = same result for crafting from gambled amys

Clvl 90-99 = same result for crafting from amys found in TZ

but what about the level req of amu , mostly concerned bout getting lv 98 amulet etc

The Clvl ranges I wrote above have no effect on the lvl req.

Lvl req of crafted items is higher than other items because it's using this formula:
(Clvl req of highest affix) + 10 + (3 x (number of affixes))

And then...
Crafting number of affixes based on iLvl
Ilvls 1-30: 4 affixes (20 %), 3 affixes (20 %), 2 affixes (20 %), 1 affix (40 %)
Ilvls 31-50: 4 affixes (20 %), 3 affixes (20 %), 2 affixes (60 %)
Ilvls 51-70: 4 affixes (20 %), 3 affixes (80 %)
Ilvls 71+: 4 affixes (100 %)

So you always roll 4 affixes above ilvl 70
10 + (3 x 4) = 22
plus the Clvl req of your highest affix

+2 skills has a Clvl req of 67
67+22 = 89
you can't roll a +2 skill crafted amy below that.

thx for answer but sometimes when crafting with lv 94 i was getting amulets with lv97 req to wear it , thats like up to minus or plus 5 levels of character
