I have a cold sorc, and i have both cold sunders on it - one with +15% cold damage, and the other with -10% enemy cold res, wich one should i use, considering i only do terror zones. with the -10% cold sunder i sit at -167% cold res, +48% cold damage, with the other one it i am at -157%, and + 63% cold dmg

wich one to use?

-res if you use df
+dmg if you use doom
