What would be the heaviest hitter between a Fool-Cruel and a Fool-Grinding claw? (300ed or an extra 74.5max dam on it)

The extra 74.5md multiplied by skills and gear would count more then yhe 300ed on the wep?

if there is ed% on it, it means you are missing one (or more) of the 3 most important prefixes.

Ideally on a GT/RT, cuz WSM is what matters most for blade sentinel.
Need 42 ias while using -30 WSM claw, and you should already have 20ias from HL.
So ideally the claw should also have 30ias (the only suffix that matters).
