Hi,

Which parameter matters when using magic based attacks with a weapon, FCR, IAS, or both ?

for example, fury on the amazon, strafe, smite ...

that's all ias based

bonenec, hammerdin, sorc, warcries etc. those are fcr based

(warlock echoing strike is fcr based - which is probably a bug)

OP didn't specificially bring up bowazons but confirming IAS is king for cold / fire bowazons
