1. I have points in Blood Oath but I can't access it - it doesn't show up in my skills list. What gives?

2. Any good quality guides on an ES Warlock? Yeah yeah I can search here - a lot feel outdated. I went off the one from icy veins when i started WL but i wanna hone him in a lot better.
