Slow is capped at 50% in pvp.

not only are other sources of slow uncapped, but they stack multiplicatively

btw, with 60% on ur clay golem on 50% on the rest, you can make a zon, wielding a war pike with 0% ias, who is also hit by cold damage, using the skill 'impale':
1920 frame impale

which is about 1.28 minutes for a single attack
