I'd rather just Trangs Poisonmancer and keep a Fleshripper in my stash.
Open wounds, Slow, Crushing Blow (I think?), add a Shael and viola- you are one menacing Trangs

Nah man, you don't need the extra poison damage.
On my Trangs novamancer I do about 33k poison damage over 12 seconds, more damage is kindof "overkill" in this content. The mods are def worth it.

For example, I actually bumped into a daggermancer earlier today in a pub (lol). He had a Bramble setup, I put my Shael'd Fleshripper on and dominated him with my 1.4k life :x
Openwounds and Crushing blow are extremely underrated if debating this build

but eh, you're only landing a single hit with your dagger, then spamming bone armor on doom zerker in each of your duels.
how useful are open wounds & cb for a single hit?

i mean it says right there, the duel goes "start with doom zerker out, slow them as much as possible, switch to blackbogs for 1 hit, then after connecting switch to doom & spam bone armor while slowing"
shouldnt be hitting more than 1x with the dagger, u need the slow from holy frost


imo, the best weapon u could get though would be a fools. jumping up to 50k+ attack rating would be huuuuge
