All ingame settings are tuned for performance, i threw graphics out the Windows long time ago. The game is blurry.

A good solve for me what helps almost always is just reinstalling ur entire pc like once a year. Just backup some important documents. Reinstalling windows takes like 20 minutes nowadays and you don’t have to bother looking up all the drivers like in the old days. Reinstalling all ur games and software takes another hour maybe
