Looks like your speccing Hdin hybrid based on the 2/20/2os jewels and the points in smite and vigor. But I don't see what physical damage your using it for?

Just curious if you typically got a widow or something else in the cube for that guy

ah its outdated for sure. sorry about that

i do hammerdin synergies which includes vigor, then smite and foh ... smite pts for extra swirl duration to give you more time to re-catch a lock with foh if you cant get em with the first one
